Esker Trail Farms beef, slow braised in a liquid made with onions that have been caramelized for hours, deglazed with bourbon, and finished with our fortified grass-fed beef stock. This pie is topped with a traditionally made hot water crust pastry, made from our Linton Pasture Pork lard, flour and pasture raised eggs. This is a beautifully rich whole food and weighs 500g (17oz).
