Sold in packs of four, with each sausage weighing approximately 115 g (4 oz).

Our take on the classic German sausage, made with a combination of pork, beef and beer. 

Ingredients: Pork, beef, beer, mustard, salt, pepper, sugar, spices.

Uses: Frying, smoking, roasting, grilling.
