Pasture raised chicken marinated in yogurt and house-made curry paste, then seared and stewed down with garlic, onions, tomatoes, and cream. This pie is topped with a traditionally made hot water crust pastry, made from our Linton Pasture Pork lard, flour and pasture raised eggs. This is a beautifully rich whole food and weighs 500g (17oz).
