Pasture raised chicken roasted and then cooked down with onions, carrots, garlic fresh thyme, and a chicken Demi-glace fortified with chanterelle mushrooms. This pie is topped with a traditionally made hot water crust pastry, made from our Linton Pasture Pork lard, flour and pasture raised eggs. This is a beautifully rich whole food and weighs 500g (17oz).
