Pasture Butchery



A delicate rose coloured pâté made from our pasture raised chicken livers, soaked in apple brandy and seasoned with powdered orange peels and vanilla beans. Each jar is sealed with clarified fat to preserve the freshness.

We recommend letting the pâté sit out at room temperature for 30 min before eating.

Ingredients: Chicken Livers, Shallot, Eggs, Clarified Butter, Apple Brandy, Madeira, Port, Salt, Orange Peel, Vanilla Bean, Spices, Cure #1.
