Items are priced in kilograms. 1/2 kilogram is roughly equal to 1 pound.

Sold in packs of four, with each sausage weighing approximately 115 g (4 oz).

Our chorizo sausages are made from cubes of pork from the shoulder and leg of the pig, which are then massaged with red wine and heavily seasoned in a combination of spices and fresh garlic before being hand pressed.
