Pasture Butchery



Pasture raised duck legs from Back 2 Nature Organics, cured in juniper and then confit in their own fat with fresh thyme and Ontario garlic.

To heat these, simply open the bag and gently remove the garlic + thyme. Place on baking sheet and bake in preheated 450F oven for 6-8 minutes, or until skin crisps.

Ingredients: Pastured Duck, Thyme, Garlic, Juniper, Salt, Spices.
