Pasture Butchery



A silky duck spread, made from confit legs, which have been cured in fresh herbs and sealed with the infused duck fat.

*Pull the rillette out of the fridge and let rest at room temperature for at least 30 minutes before serving on slices of warm crusty baguette.

Ingredients: Pasture raised duck, garlic, ginger, thyme, spices, salt, curing salt, black pepper.
