Our cows live out on pasture for two years, eating a variety of plants, are extremely nutrient-rich, and have a much deeper flavour than conventional beef. For most applications like burgers and Bolognese we recommend our medium ground, which has about 20% of the animals beautiful pastured fat ground in. Alternatively, we also have the lean, which is almost entirely fat free.
Uses: Burgers, meatloaf, Bolognese, meatballs, lasagna.
