Juicy meatballs made from our Ontario lambs, blackbird pullman loaves and our pasture raised eggs - sold raw in packs of 6, with each meatball weighing 70g (2.5 oz).

*This item is sold frozen. Thaw and bake at 375 f for 20 minutes and then broil on high for an additional 5 minutes.

Ingredients: Lamb, cremini mushrooms, garlic, shallot, white wine, pasture raised eggs, cream, bread, turmeric, parsley, tarragon, salt, black pepper.
