100% grass-fed and finished pastrami, made in-house using our Esker Trail beef. Crafted using a trimmed brisket, which is brined for a week, then coated in fresh cracked spices, smoked for a half a day, and finally steamed for the other half. A lot of work goes into these deli favourites, but it's well worth the effort.

Ingredients: 100% grass-fed beef, brown sugar, mustard seed, garlic, onion, spices, salt, nitrates, black pepper.
