Pies, Chicken & Chanterelle - (Holiday Pre-Order)


Pasture raised chicken roasted and then cooked down with onions, carrots, garlic fresh thyme and a chicken Demi-glace fortified with chanterelle mushrooms. This pie is topped with a traditionally made hot water crust pastry, made from our Linton Pasture Pork lard, flour and pasture raised eggs.

Sold in two sizes LRG 1.5kg, and SML 1/2kg
