Pasture Butchery



A very proper and classic British-made hand pie that is both perfectly served cold at a picnic, or hot with some mashed potatoes. These adorable little fellows are filled with pork shoulder, smoked belly, mustard seeds, and fresh sage. The pastry housing our pies is a traditional hot water crust pastry, made from our Linton Pasture Pork lard, flour and pasture-raised eggs. This is a beautifully rich whole food and weighs 450g (16oz).

Serves 1-2 people.
