One of the best, if not the best steak you can buy. This cut comes from the ribs section of the cow, is a fantastic balance of lean to fat and very tender. We like to cut our rib steaks about an 1" thick so you can get a good sear on the outside and still get a nice rare in the center, if that's how you like your steak. This steak can be cooked to whatever doneness you prefer and still be a wonderful choice.

Uses: Grilling, pan-frying.
