Pasture Butchery



A whole rack of Linton Pasture Pork spare ribs, seasoned in our house BBQ spice blend and smoked for five hours. These ribs come pre-cooked, so all you have to do is sauce and heat them in either the oven or on the BBQ - ready in 20-30 minutes.

Ingredients: Pork Ribs, Salt, Sugar, Mustard, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Spices.

Each rack weights approximately 800g - 1000g.
