Fat rendered and filtered from our grass-fed Esker Trail cows is perfect for searing steaks, or sautéing some veg. Tallow is also used in making traditional British pies crusts or as a moisturizer for dry, cracked hands. Our tallow has a slightly yellow tinge, which comes from the cow’s pasture diet and specifically beta-carotenes.
